Transfer the Washington Metroplitan Area Transit Commission payment to Department of Motor VehiclesTransfers appropriation for Virginia's annual payment to the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Commission (WMATC) from the Department of Rail and Public Transportation to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). DMV is now a member of the WMATC and will make the appropriate payments.
